LARGEST JUDO TOURNAMENT IN HOUSTON AREA
Currently in its 14th year, the Houston Open Judo tournament is a mid-sized, but growing judo tournament located in Conroe, a suburban city just north of Houston, Texas. The HOJT offers shiai and kata competition for novice to advanced judo competitors. We have been a Texas Judo, Inc. All-Star event since 2001.
Usually sanctioned by Texas Judo, Inc.. the HOJT is a great tournament for gaining competition experience or for tuning-up for the Dallas Invitational (a USA Judo Level E tournament held in Grapevine, Texas during the weekend before Thanksgiving).
